Thanks for shopping with Spark Couples Card Deck. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your card deck must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in its original packaging and include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Opened or used card decks are not eligible for return.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. The timing of the refund may vary depending on your card issuer or payment provider.

 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can help make it right.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
